renewal of bathing tanks and the provision of a new cooler and feed water tank for the Clayton apparatus,

in addition to minor repairs.

I am advised that this further

expenditure is necessary in order to bring the plant

up to the standard required to conform to the Inter-

national Sanitary Convention.
